a quanto ne so io c'è un nemico che appare solo una volta nel gioco, sicuro di averlo preso?

From Imps to Demons
Complete your Bestiary.

For this trophy you'll need to fill every entry in your bestiary, meaning you have to face each (and beat) every enemy in the game at least once. This trophy is missable solely because of one enemy, the Fire Doom Mirror. It can only be found at the Imperial Palace mission, where you are the size of a bug trying to get to the Emperor. After obtaining the Veil of Mist technique you'll soon reach the inside of the building where the Emperor is sleeping. On the floor of this area, before you enter his body, there will be a couple of Demon Scrolls, the Fire Doom Mirror can be found in one.

There is another enemy that, if missed in its original area of appearance, will only appear again in the last area of the game before the final boss, which is after the point of no return. This enemy is the Clay Flyer. So pay attention to it, when you start fighting Clay enemies for the first time just look around the Demon Scrolls in the area and find one of these to make things easier for you.

All the other enemies can be faced again either in one of the three Devil Gate Trials or in a Demon Scroll around the land, including the none flying Clay enemies, therefore I'll only list their names in the order of the bestiary, for easy comparison:
