Further to your last message,I'm confirming having not received anything up today.

Please investigate by your selves what happened or replace at you charges without extra- cost against me the missing item.


If I don't receive goods within January 20th 2010 this matter could escalate to a different responsibility level since I don't believe it's correct to leave me without sure informations or complete shipping details.


I will wait for quick answers.
