How comes that you speak Italian?
I really like your vid! it's very good and I'd like to publish in the site a vid somehow different from the others that recently we hosted that are more or less all action vids.
But you should make of it a lower version (I think 1200-1500 of bitrate is enough) just to get a file not bigger than 50 MB. Can you?
